These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pointing Out (the “Service”), operated by you or your organization. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Regional availability

Pointing Out is a solo project operated from Honduras with no office in the EU/EEA or the UK. The Service is not offered to residents of the European Union/European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: paid plans are not offered to EU/UK residents, and EU/UK residents must not create accounts or use the Service. Accounts identified as based in the EU/EEA or the UK may be suspended or deleted. If we ever offer the Service in the EU/UK, we will appoint an EU/UK representative first.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service—for example, by attempting to access others’ data without authorization, disrupting the Service, or using it to distribute malware or unlawful content.

3. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
